These unique Satellite Units house both a speaker and a microphone to expand the two-way voice response range of the system. You can talk directly with the monitoring center no matter where you are inside or outside your house!

The benefit to complete two-way communication is that it allows you to explain your situation to the monitoring center.  Two-way voice communication with Lifeguard associates is ideal to dispatch the appropriate help you need; whether it’s to call your neighbor next door or an ambulance.
