The iERDE (Emergency Response Dialing Engine) is a powerful emergency response outbound mass message delivery notification feature that can be included as part of your Lifeguard system. 

If your community experiences an event that requires a sudden evacuation or to quarantine an area, iERDE will immediately call or email Lifeguard subscribers or their caregivers within that community with details and instructions.  Instant notification through iERDE saves precious time when every moment counts. 

Outside of emergency events, iERDE can be used by Lifeguard subscribers to provide additional medication reminders and monitoring assistance.  Using iERDE, Lifeguard can send out a pre-recorded medication reminder or a request with a mandatory response to monitor an individual’s condition.  Each attempt and response is recorded and reported to Lifeguard to ensure the continued health and well-being of our customers.
