Where your safety is of particular concern, the LifeguardEMU and the LifeguardSLU may be programmed to provide one-way voice communication called Panic Mode Monitoring.  In Panic Mode, the monitoring center silently “listens in” on the potentially dangerous situation once an alert call is received.  The appropriate response can be quickly determined by the Lifeguard associate and put into effect, even while the incident is still taking place.
